Register or Join our Waitlist
Thank you for your interest in LadyBug Academy! Please make sure to contact us or book a tour before registering or joining our waitlist.
Follow these steps to enroll your child:
1. Schedule a tour - virtual or in-person by contacting us by phone, email, or through the website.
2. If the space for your child has been confirmed, please submit the registration form and pay a non-refundable registration fee to complete the enrollment process.
3. Review our Parents Handbook, and fill out all the required forms. All required forms are included in the Parents Handbook. Please bring all the required forms on your child's first day at LadyBug Academy.
4. In case we cannot secure the spot for your child just yet, fill out the waitlist form and pay a waitlist fee. We will contact you as soon as the space becomes available.
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Late payments will be subject to a 15% late payment fee. LadyBug Academy uses the Brightwheel management system to make it easier for our families to manage their tuition payments. Brightwheel provides each family with a secure portal where they can view their account, manage payments, and update their personal or contact information at any time. The system also allows parents to sign up for automatic payments and reminder emails, making tuition payment faster and more convenient.
Waitlist forms are accessible on our website or can be obtained by visiting us at one of our locations. A non-refundable application fee of $50 must be submitted with each application. Payments are accepted via our site, via check made out to "Ladybug Academy" or via PayPal sent to email@example.com. All wait-listed families must complete a wait-list form and submit the non-refundable $50 application fee to be able to get a space at our center, if a space becomes available. The wait-list is first-come first -served, and your position is determined by the date of application.
A one time, non-refundable Registration Fee is required upon enrollment to guarantee your child’s space within our program. The registration fee is $150 (Merrifield) and $300 (Arlington) and it is due at the time of registratn. Registration may be paid only upon a receiving a confirmation that a space is available at LadyBug Academy.
The Materials Fee covers the cost of materials in all classrooms, including the Infant room. Classroom materials include art supplies, workbooks, etc. The Materials fee is paid quarterly, at the beginning of each season – winter, spring, summer and fall.
